Shipping & Returns
We will ship all products by the "Best way" method unless we are specifically told to ship in another manner. Most of the orders are shipped via the USPS. If you order large or heavy items, we normally use Fedex ground. To request Special shipping methods e-mail us from the contact us page, or call us toll free Monday - Saturday 10am - 6pm central time at 501-513-3733 , or put shipping instructions into the comments section upon checkout. If you have a commercial address, there are usually no additional charges for Fedex ground shipping, with your heavy order.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING POLICY
If you are ordering from a country outside of the United States, we offer Priority 6-10 day shipping to most countries for just $42. That is our cost. If you order only patches, there is no additional charge. If you order heavier items, we do reserve the right to charge additional shipping charges. The additional shipping charges can be found under the International shipping charges link in the upper left column.
NO Hassle Return Policy:
Any product may be returned for exchange within 30 days of receipt. All returned product must be returned unused, in any original packaging, and must be in resalable condition. If you have just ordered the incorrect size and need to exchange the same product for a different size, just ship the product back to the address below. THERE IS NO ADDITIONAL SHIPPING CHARGES FOR EXCHANGING AN ITEM FOR A DIFFERENT SIZE- THE FIRST TIME. If you need to exchange the size of the item more than once, there is a $5.00 shipping fee the second exchange, and all future exchanges of this item.
If you are exchanging a product for another product, please let us know why. We want to carry only the best items, and if there is something you don’t like please tell us this and why. Your reasons will not in anyway effect the exchange. This is for our information only. To return a product for refund: Enclose a brief statement with the reason for your return and your request for refund. Please be honest with us. If you do not like the product, please tell us that. If you found it cheaper somewhere else, Please tell us that too. It’s OK, we are not going to hassle you about the refund. We just want to know if we did something wrong, or if the product was just wrong for you. Any product may be returned for refund within 15 days of receipt of the product. All product must be returned unused, in any original packaging, and must be in resalable condition. If your shirt is recieved damaged please email us photos and information to Nancy@realbikers.com . A Shipping charge of $5.00 or greater if the actual shipping charges were more, will be deducted from the amount of the refund. For Example: If you order actually cost us $4.60 to ship to you, that is the amount that will be deducted from your refund amount for shipping not the $5.00 you were charged. Our $5.00 shipping fee covers an average of 60-70% of the normal shipping charges. WE DO NOT CHARGE A RESTOCKING FEE.
